It's simple, really. We build an online store to house your business-themed products. Your store will be fully integrated with our manufacturing partner (sizes, colors, styles, etc.). When someone places an order on your site, the order is received by the manufacturer, processed, fulfilled and shipped right to your patron. The manufacturer charges you for the item costs, and you make the margin based on your set retail price. All you have to do is let people know where to buy, and let the rest take care of itself.
No. The nice thing about our process is that there are no upfront product costs. The only costs are our site setup fee and an optional custom domain registration fee if you want to use one (not required).
Most businesses already have a logo, so we can use that if it's what you want on your items. If you require something new to be created, we can assist with that at an additional charge. But to start out -- the simpler, the better.
Your logo/design files (.png format) are required to create products. Files must be high resolution. We will let you know if your file quality isn't good before creating the product(s).
You do. And we can help guide you on how to set prices -- not too high, not too low! Our manufacturing partner also will show recommended retail pricing.
This is your choice. We can set your store up to charge the patron for shipping, or include it in your cost which would simply decrease your margin/profit.
You don't need to change a thing! What we'd want to do is simply add a link to your navigation for the online store. Patrons will be redirected to the online store to place orders.
Absolutely! We will send you mockups of your items to preview. Once everything looks good, we'll get them added to your store. PS-you can also use these images to promote on social media too!
We will start with an onboarding consultation meeting to cover the details of your items, what we'll need from you, etc. The clock starts once we have everything we need to start building out your products. Ideally, we'd like to have your store up in 1-2 weeks from the time you have delivered all of your files, etc.
Yes. You can place orders for customers on their behalf, if you have their information and permission. You can also place small sample orders for yourself or your team at a discounted rate!
By all means, NO! You can have an online store as a supplement to any existing partnerships you already have.
Absolutely! You will have full ownership of your online store, as we will hand it over to you once built. You will also maintain the access to your account with the manufacturer.
For a very small monthly fee, you have the option to keep us on retainer to add new products, make changes, etc., if you're interested. Otherwise, you can pay a small flat fee each time you want a new product added or changes made to your online store.
